Location: Fort Myers - Physician Led Access Network (PLAN) of Collier County is holding its annual casino gaming and Texas hold ‘em poker tournament fundraiser, An Evening in Monte Carlo on Saturday, October 12th at the Naples Yacht Club at 6:30p.m. Tickets are $150 per person and are available at www.plancc.org or (239) 776-3016. PLAN is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that facilitates free healthcare services for low-income, uninsured, adult residents of Collier County. PLAN works with a community network of over 275 volunteer physicians, hospital, community clinics and other providers to offer free services to qualified patients. During the past decade, over $18 million in medical care has been provided to 15,000 participants. These services are all conducted at no cost to the patients. Founded in 2003 as an initiative by the Collier County Medical Society and the Collier County Health Department, the mission of PLAN is to make a significant difference in the health of the community by increasing access to quality healthcare.
