In Lee County, 1,213 single-family homes sales were completed in June 2014 compared to 1,052 in June 2013, an increase of 15.3 percent. Compared to last month, this is a decline of 6.2 percent. Condo sales experienced a yearover year sales increase of 11.2 percent; however, month-to-month condo sales decreased 26.0 percent.
