When Rachael Campogni, 25, was growing up in Cortland, Ohio, her mother always said — with a laugh, but some truth in it — that she should leave behind the cold and snow. Ms. Campogni listened, and when she graduated from pharmacy school at Ohio Northern University in 2013, she and her husband, Freddy, 27, decided to move to Florida.
