A new waterfront estate home model is under construction in the neighborhood of Salerno at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, with completion expected by Dec. 1. The Treanna model home by Divco Custom Homes, will encompass 4,221 square feet of air-conditioned living space with four bedrooms plus a study/ studio, five full bathrooms, and a powder bath.
