Littlest Kardashian sister Kylie Jenner is keeping up with her family’s real estate investing skills. She just listed a Hidden Hills mansion she paid $4.5 million for this past summer. Asking price: $5.4 million.
Unlike the Calabasas mansion she tried to flip after a revamp by designer Jeff Andrews last year (and then took off the market), this home isn’t really a flip. In fact, in the photos it isn’t even furnished.
The listing by Tomer and Isidora Fridman of Ewing & Associates/Sotheby’s International Realty calls out the home’s location at the end of a private drive, and its view of a creek lined with oak trees.
Kylie’s been on a home-buying tear since age 17, when she bought the house that Jeff Andrews redesigned. Earlier this year, she paid $12 million for a 13,200-square-foot mansion in the Hidden Hills. And she owns the house next door to the one that’s currently listed in Hidden Hills.
The listed home spans just over 5,100 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and the kind of light-filled ambiance that has become a hallmark of Kardashian homes. High ceilings and hardwood floors lend a craftsman quality to the 2012 home, which boasts a marble master bath with a soaking tub and a grand walk-in closet.
Fireplaces in the master suite, living room and dining room keep the home cozy. A fourth fireplace by the pool in the backyard is ideal for California-style entertaining.
