The overall median price of singlefamily homes in November is $170,000, a 21.4 percent increase compared to the November 2012 median price of $140,000, reports the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach. The November median price is 8.3 percent higher than last month’s median price of $157,000.
