Neal Communities continues to set sales records this year, breaking the 700 mark for year to date new home sales in October. The Lakewood Ranch-based new home builder sold 54 homes, bringing the year to date total to 712, an additional 100 homes than sold in all of 2012.
Sales took place across 16 communities from Manatee County to Lee County.
