Neal Communities has sold 41 homes at Villa Palmeras in Estero since the community opened in June. The gated community just south of Corkscrew Road on Three Oaks Parkway offers paired villa homes with prices from the low to high $200s. Closings are ongoing and 20 new homeowners have moved in.
