She’s the “Million Dollar Baby,” but Hilary Swank is asking just $20,000 a month in rent for her Manhattan apartment.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bath pad in the West Village boasts knockout views of the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower and the Hudson River.
Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the 1,441-square-foot apartment, which comes furnished and has a master bathroom worthy of a spa.
A wall of rough-hewn wood ties together the living room, dining room and kitchen, which is refinished with top-of-the-line cabinets and appliances.
Swank, who won best actress Oscars for “Million Dollar Baby” and “Boys Don’t Cry,” stars with Ed Harris in the upcoming series “The One Percent” — but is turning down roles now to care for her father, who recently had a lung transplant.
“My dad is living with me,” she told HuffPost Live this summer.
That means staying close to her Los Angeles home, which could account for her New York space being available.
The listing agent for the rental is Chris Kann of Brown Harris Stevens.
