With her new NBC series “This Is Us” a surprise hit, singer-songwriter Mandy Moore is ready to let go of her 1920s Mediterranean-style home.
Moore recently sold the home in Los Angeles’ hip Los Feliz neighborhood for $2.95 million.
With graciously sized rooms and exposed-beam ceilings, the 4,700-square-foot home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. Designer touches include wrought-iron railings and regal chandeliers.
French doors open from living areas and the master suite onto a terraced backyard and patios surrounded by lush landscaping, including citrus trees, rose bushes and big, shady oaks.
The formal dining room boasts a wall of windows that showcases a verdant view. It adjoins an eat-in chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large expanse of cabinetry and a center island. The main floor also features a reading room with “wedding cake” beading on the ceiling.
The listing and buyer’s agent was Ryan Judd of Compass, according to the Los Angeles Times.
