In the face of her battle against Lyme Disease and recent divorce from music-industry titan David Foster, Yolanda Foster has traded that amazing Malibu beach mansion for a new condo at The Carlyle Residences in Los Angeles, Curbed reports.
While it's not 12,000 square feet like her last place, the new penthouse digs are still pretty impressive at almost 4,000 square feet. She paid $4.59 million.
Foster's starring role in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" allowed plenty of scenes to be filmed inside that Malibu spread, which sold for more than $27 million.
The now-single mother of three will still have enough space for when model daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid come to town.
The listing agent was Kelly Aluise of Keller Williams.
