Alicia Keys Lists Glass Mansion on a Phoenix Mountain

Alicia Keys and her music producer husband, Swizz Beatz, are continuing their real estate dump with the $3.85-million listing of a glass mansion on Camelback Mountain in Phoenix.

The power couple also wants a buyer for the $14.9-million New Jersey mansion they bought from Eddie Murphy in 2013.

Not a lotta homes are worth their time, but they bought the one in Phoenix because it was “a dream come true, that’s why we called it Dreamland,” they wrote to The Arizona Republic. “It’s open and light, equipped with all modern amenities … . It has the most beautiful views and everyone who comes is always so moved by how it feels in the house. There’s really no place in the world like it!”

Two-story walls of windows throughout the 7,881-square-foot home offer panoramic views of the valley and mountains around Phoenix, which Keys and Beatz called “a magical place. The way the mountains remind you of your smallness and inspire you to be great all at the same time is so powerful.”

The mansion boasts 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a 6-car garage, and an infinity pool at the edge of an expansive deck perfect for lounging on desert evenings. A gourmet kitchen leads to a nook with a fireplace for cozy winter meals, and 20-foot windows with sweeping views.

With two small children, the couple said they don’t anticipate using the house enough to keep it.

The listing agent is Kristle Jensen of Treehouse Realty.
