A 16-acre estate whose former owners include Cher and Eddie Murphy just hit the market for $85 million.
The property, which you’d have to see to “Believe,” includes a 20,000-square-foot main house that’s in the process of renovation, plus five stables, two horse rings, and miles of hiking and riding trails.
Cher owned the estate in the 1980s, according to The Wall Street Journal. At that time, it measured just four acres, and she eventually sold it to Eddie Murphy.
The current owners expanded the estate by purchasing surrounding land. They also added two guesthouses and a tennis court.
A stunning, 7,000-square-foot Moroccan guesthouse is graced by arched windows, Moroccan tiles, hand-carved wooden doors and coffered ceilings. It boasts two fireplaces, two kitchens, six baths and a spa with a Jacuzzi, dry sauna and salon sink.
The stable house features a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and a safe room.
The listing agent is Aaron Kirman of John Aaroe Group.
