Southwest Florida’s only enclosed and climate-controlled shopping destination serving the Greater Fort Myers and Naples area is joining forces with the United Way to encourage a love of literacy with storytellers in reading circles, classics themed arts and crafts, a book exchange, enrollment in library reading programs, reading to therapy dogs and more! Plus, the first 300 children to attend will receive a free new book! “Reading is FUNtastic” is part of United Way Day of Action, a strategic volunteer program created to help advance the common good on issues of early childhood success, youth opportunity, social-income mobility and access to health.
