Coming off the second season of the Oprah Winfrey Network’s “If Loving You Is Wrong” and preparing to launch the summer season of “The Haves and the Have Nots,” prolific multihyphenate Tyler Perry has listed his palatial estate in Atlanta. He’s asking $25 million, as first reported by Variety.
The 34,688-square-foot mega-mansion sits on 17 mostly wooded acres along the Chattahoochee River. Its resort-style, infinity-edge pool calls to mind California’s Hearst Castle, while marble arches along a hallway inside the home seem more “Game of Thrones.”
The arches continue inside the home theater, and soaring ceilings grace several living spaces, including the grand foyer and the great room.
Among the regal amenities are an underground ballroom with a catering kitchen, a caretaker’s suite, a hobby house, lighted tennis court and fully-equipped gym — plus 7 bedrooms and 11.5 baths.
The listing agents are Chase Mizell and Josh Reeves of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
