UPDATE: With baby No.1 on the way, tennis pro Andy Roddick and supermodel Brooklyn Decker have sold their Los Angeles home for $3.337 million. The couple, who call Austin home, have reportedly moved to be closer to Decker’s work.
ORIGINAL POST 8/5/15: Now that they’re expecting their first child, retired tennis pro Andy Roddick and his wife, actress and supermodel Brooklyn Decker, are shopping their modern mansion overlooking Los Angeles for $3.395 million.
The home spans 4,910 square feet with an expansive living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Century City and the entire Wilshire Boulevard corridor. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths include a master suite with a wall of glass, a light-filled bathroom, and a walk-in closet fit for a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model.
An elevator connects the home’s three floors, the top of which boasts a large space that can be used as a guest suite, office or media room and opens onto an outdoor living room with sweeping views.
The couple paid $2.792 million for the home two years ago. Their other homes include a sizable acreage in Austin, TX.
The listing agent is Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland.
